Allison Paladino is a leading interior designer known for her clean, transitional style and timeless architectural detailing. With 4 decades experience in luxury interior architecture and design, she creates serene, sophisticated spaces layered with texture, craftsmanship, and thoughtful palette.
As president of Paladino Rudd Interior Design in Palm Beach Gardens, Allison has guided hundreds of high-end residential, yacht, and commercial projects across Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and across the globe. Her strong construction background allows her to move effortlessly from architectural planning to furnishings, ensuring fully customized interiors and smooth project execution.
Organization, transparency, and white-glove service define the PRID experience—values shaped early in her career alongside Thomas Pheasant and mom who was an interior designer in Palm Beach. Known for her global perspective, Allison often designs bespoke pieces when the perfect element cannot be sourced, leading to collaborations: Rugs with Perennials, furniture with Chaddock, outdoor furniture with Century, and lighting with Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting.
Allison is a member of ASID, IFDA, and the Design Leadership Network, with accolades from Florida Design Seaglass Award, DCOTA - Star on the Rise, House Beautiful, Luxe Red Awards, ASID, and Andrew Martin’s Top 100 Designers. Outside the studio, she enjoys traveling, time on the water and philanthropy, proudly supporting organizations throughout The Palm Beaches.
Zita Rudd

Meet Zeta
Zita Van Egmond-Rudd, partner at Paladino Rudd Interior Design, blends her European roots with refined South Florida style. Originally from Amsterdam, she grew up surrounded by historic art and architecture before moving to Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. A mutual friend introduced her to Allison Paladino—an instant connection that evolved into a long-standing creative partnership.
Zita spent 19 years growing Allison Paladino Interior Design and now leads PRID’s design department. Known for her precision, leadership, and collaborative approach, she brings beautifully curated interiors to life through thoughtful furnishings, custom window treatments, fabrics, wallcoverings, and meticulous project oversight.
In 2022, Zita became partner, marking the evolution of the newly named Paladino Rudd Interior Design. Today, she and Allison work as true creative partners—balancing vision, innovation, and an undeniable sense of camaraderie.
Outside the studio, Zita enjoys the South Florida lifestyle with her husband, Parker, and their daughter, Siena. The family loves travel, outdoor adventures, and staying active. Zita starts most mornings at the gym or on her Peloton and enjoys giving back locally through Christ Fellowship and Loggerhead Marinelife Center. A proud Dutch native, she still believes great food—and great cheese—is one of life’s joys.
Jeffrey Rhebergen

Meet Jeffrey
Jeffrey Rhebergen is our senior interior architectural designer and project manager. A new addition to the firm in 2024, he brings with him 15 years of experience in the architecture and interior design industry.
The son of a builder and the grandson of a draftsman he applies his practical, hands-on knowledge along with advanced technical expertise to every project. Much of his past experience comprises of highly customized international residences that incorporate the work of many skilled artisans and bespoke artistry.
A natural problem solver, Jeffrey is most adept at ensuring PRID’s projects are meticulously designed and brought to life with precision and ease.
